Honey tasting with explanation from our beekeeper

On Friday evening, October 17th, we're hosting a honey tasting at our Linnaeus restaurant. Our beekeeper, Jim Groot, will talk about bee colonies, pollination, beekeeping, and the products that can be made from beeswax and honey. You can also sample the snacks created by chef Peter Schaafsma, which tie in with Jim's story and relate to the plants and flowers that feed the bees. Experience the diverse flavors!
